There are many resources out there with regards to athletic training. It can be confusing to know what you should listen to for training. Some good resources are listed here. &lt;br /&gt;

If you do go look at other resources (which I recommend), you should look to program for a good balance of everything. Prioritize power, agility, and strength, but don&amp;#039;t ignore anything.&lt;br /&gt;
