In order to be a great lacrosse player, you need to develop as an individual. Here are some resources I recommend to help in key areas

Habits

Habits are essential as an athlete. Athletic performance is the sum of all the quality development you perform over time. It is cumulative, meaning that if you do something regularly, it will continue to enhance what your performance. Therefore, if you can form good habits and break bad ones, you will continue to get better every day.

Books/Audiobooks

I recommend audiobooks for learning personal development. It feels more impactful to me and I can pair it with a task like driving, laundry, walking, wall ball, etc to double my effectiveness. Reading is good too. These books have great content on habits and have made an impact on my life.
